Practical excursion

Extremely complex requirements? No problem.

If we take a closer look at the configuration, it quickly becomes clear how complex it can be:

  1. Several axis controllers can be flexibly arranged in a row.

  2. Each individual axis controller can be configured individually.

  3. And down to the smallest detail: several components can be added to each drive controller - for example a motor (single, double or triple-axis). This can also be individually configured, for example with technical parameters such as cable length or torque. But the motor is just one of many individually configurable elements.

Self-service for customers

Customers are no longer reliant on the support of the sales department - thanks to the new, freely accessible online configurator, they can now easily configure drive systems themselves. In contrast to the previous Excel tool, which was used internally and was not accessible to them, the new configurator is open to everyone. This reduces queries, saves internal resources and, above all, saves valuable time.

Finally bringing technical products to life visually

Previously, this was only possible with great effort using abstract Excel configurators and was barely tangible: Today, every selection is displayed in real time as a 3D model. This creates an immediate visual understanding - for customers, sales and technology alike.

Specific order number logic

Each axle controller is made up of a specific combination of numbers and letters - a defined logic that forms the basis of every configuration. Every selection in the configurator affects the order designation in real time and changes it at the appropriate point.

We have also implemented a reverse logic: Sales employees already know certain order designations by heart. If such a number is entered directly in the configurator, the corresponding configuration is automatically generated - including integrated validation.
