Our CPQ configurator replaces time-consuming, error-prone spreadsheets and Excel-based solutions. Instead, you benefit from seamless automation of your workflows. Product data, prices and combination options can either be maintained directly by product managers themselves or updated automatically via ERP and PIM systems.
Thanks to instant, centralized price management in the background, you can create error-free quotes at any time. With every selection in the configurator, the prices are updated in real time and displayed immediately. This ensures maximum security and eliminates any ambiguities.
Prices are rarely based on a single number. What is currently scattered across price lists, Excel spreadsheets, and people’s minds becomes a consistent system within the configurator - without requiring you to change your structure.
The CPQ configurator centrally controls all prices and discounts and enables precise, individual adjustment down to employee or distributor level. Each person involved receives exactly the information, measures and control options they need to manage the pricing process efficiently. This ensures that all price and discount specifications are consistently adhered to - without constant queries and price approvals.
Combeenation solves even the most demanding challenges in price and discount calculations. These three application examples can be implemented effortlessly in a single project - and run absolutely smoothly despite their complexity.
Installation price depending on area
The installation costs are made up of a fixed basic price and an area-dependent surcharge. Depending on the number of square meters, the final installation price is adjusted at the touch of a button.
Running meter calculation
The roof edging is calculated according to running meters - based on the layout of the garden shed (straight, conical or sloping). Customers specify the dimensions to the millimeter and the dynamic price is calculated in real time.
Price and quantity for paint
The configurator automatically recognizes which components need to be painted, calculates the exact surface area and uses this to determine the exact paint requirement - including the appropriate price. This means that neither too much nor too little paint is charged.
