A manufacturer defines different product ranges for each country, for example based on standards, approvals, or market strategies.

Distributors only see and configure the products approved for their country, while the underlying product logic remains centralized and consistent. This ensures that only permissible and market-compliant configurations are offered - without separate systems or duplicate data maintenance.

Location-based dealer selection

An anonymous user configures a product and then selects a dealer in their vicinity using a location-based dealer search. The request is sent directly to the selected dealer.

The configuration is clearly assigned and can be processed immediately by the dealer in the system. Additional functions are available for this purpose in the dealer view, including detailed parts lists, price calculations, technical drawings, and the generation of quotation and product documents.

Regional pricing and discount logic

Prices, margins, and discount limits are controlled on a country-specific or contractual basis. Distributors have access to the prices and conditions applicable to their region and can only create offers within defined limits.

Approval processes are triggered automatically as soon as discounts or special conditions exceed the permitted limits - with full transparency for the manufacturer.
