1. Configurator

  • Accessible to everyone – Internal employees and anonymous users can all configure settings in the same configurator, but on different platforms -> Website & AVS Platform.

HIGHLIGHTS

Placement and Combination Logic

Components such as audio/video cards and memory can be individually assigned to each media server - each occupies one or more slots. The configurator automatically checks placement rules, priorities, and occupied slots, and prevents invalid combinations.

New variants without 3D customization

New product variants or housing widths can be added without modifying the 3D model. The new variant is simply saved - and can be maintained by the customer.

Bill of Materials at the Touch of a Button

The bill of materials is generated fully automatically - no manual counting, no errors due to incorrect assignments.

Anonymous users receive a data sheet without pricing information. Internal employees can choose between a version with or without prices.

Apply configuration

An existing configuration can be applied to additional servers - without having to reconfigure each one individually.

Availability

Each component displays the current availability status: in stock, available upon request, or currently out of stock.

Self-maintenance via upload

The data is stored in Excel and a pivot table, which the customer maintains and updates via upload - providing full control over the data without relying on external support.

Download 3D model

A 3D model is available for download for each configured server - ideal for event companies and set designers who create visualizations for their own clients.

2. Price Management

  • No calculation errors, no omitted items – the pricing logic is fully integrated into the system.
  • Role-based and always up to date – every change is reflected in the price in real time.
