This screencast showcases a CPQ solution for AV technology, implemented by Combeenation for AV Stumpfl. An internal tool that was difficult to maintain has been transformed into a scalable CPQ platform: Guided Selling walks sales teams and external partners — even those without in-depth technical knowledge — through the configuration of PIXERA media servers. A placement and combination logic checks slots, cards, and storage in real time and excludes invalid combinations. The pricing management system performs role-based calculations error-free, including automatic warranty calculations across multiple servers. Through quote management, inquiries are converted into quotes with a single click, complete with versioning and full insights; bill of materials, data sheets, and 3D models are generated at the push of a button. In this way, Combeenation has migrated over 68,000 configurations to a maintainable CPQ solution—resulting in quotes that are 91% faster and 99.9% error-free.
