HMI operating devices

This screencast demonstrates a product configurator for HMI control devices, developed by Combeenation for KEBA Industrial Automation. Instead of the previous Excel-based solution, the international sales team now configures KeTop devices using Guided Selling — including all technical dependencies and a customization feature for individual design and keyboard layout. Each selection is visualized in 3D, and the product logic remains up-to-date and maintainable through SAP data synchronization. Both the sales team and customers can configure products independently, allowing the configurator to also serve as a lead generator. In this way, Combeenation transforms a product that typically requires extensive consultation into a configurator that reliably handles product variants — resulting in more inquiries and significantly faster quotes.
