THE CHALLENGE

Sales tool for international distribution

Our aim was to develop a configurator that optimally displays the extensive range of models and the numerous variants of KeTop operating devices. We were faced with the following key challenges:

  • How can the previous configuration, which was based on Excel, be replaced?
  • How can the configurator be designed so that it can be used by the entire international sales team?
  • How can the variety of product variants be easily presented to customers?

The solution

Configurator for consulting-intensive products

The configurator enables a quick calculation of the operating devices and is available to sales employees worldwide. They no longer need Excel-based solutions. Customers can also use it independently and familiarize themselves with the product. The product logic is easy to maintain and service, as data is synchronized with SAP. Not forgetting the 3D visualization, which enables particularly user-friendly operation - a feature that is rarely found in conventional CPQ solutions.
